This is not a new product learning an old industry. We shipped our first freight system in 1996 — it was called Vision — and it has been in continuous production ever since, renamed Ritzy in 2008 when we rebuilt it on a new database. A headset button sits in the top bar of every screen, beside Help. Ask in your own words — by keyboard or by voice — and get an answer from Ritzy's own manuals, with a link to the exact page. It knows which screen you were on, so “how do I add a line here?” is a fair question.
It answers about the software, never from your data — nothing is read out of your databaseWhen it needs a person, raise a ticket from the Ritzy Support app — a photo of the screen says more than a paragraph, and up to six can go with it.
